Oklahoma Southeast Members,

On behalf of Poteau, LeFlore County Development Coalition, Poteau Chamber of Commerce, and Oklahoma Southeast, Karen Wages would like to share an update on the Hog Hunt and open registration for hunting, fishing, and golfing, as well as provide information for hotel accommodations, which are listed on the Agenda.  

The Poteau team, led by Karen, has been working hard and is excited to host this event!  Be prepared to enjoy an outstanding event, experience a chuck wagon cookout, and the great outdoors that LeFlore County offers.  We will have 10 guests attending this event!

What you need to know:

1) If attending the event, complete the Hog Hunt Registration form and return it to Karen at ceochamber@poteauchamber.com.  This form will indicate all your choices to help Karen finalize plans for meals, hunting, golfing, and fishing.

2) Send payment (if applicable) to Karen for hunting, golfing, and fishing.

3) If you wish to help sponsor this event, please fill out the sponsorship form and pay the sponsorship fee to Poteau before October 1, 2022.

4) Make your hotel arrangements (see information on the Agenda)

Karen Wages has five (5) hog hunt slots available at a cost of $410 each.  Please contact Karen if you would like to participate in the hunt.  Only a few slots are available, so act quickly!

Reminder for our members that wish to golf or fish.  With your paid membership, you have the following benefits:

Gold member - 4 golf fees and 2 fishing fees

Silver member - 2 golf fees and 2 fishing fees

Bronze member - 2 golf fees

Poteau is collecting all the money for this event.
